January 2011 -
Travel Information
FLIGHT DateS
Depart:
January 7, 2011 (fly into Brisbane "BNE" or
Gold Coast "OOL")
Return: April 27, 2011 or any day thereafter (depart from BNE or OOL).
You will arrive on Sunday
January 9 and orientation week commences the
next day on Monday January 10. You can not
move into campus housing until Sunday
January 9 and if you are staying in Varsity
Towers, you can not move-in until Monday
January 10.
Remember, you lose a day when travelling to
Australia from North America, therefore, to land
on January 9,
you need to depart January 7.
If you
plan to arrive in
Australia
or on campus earlier than January 9, you will need to make separate
accommodation arrangements at your own cost.
We can assist with this. Any such
arrangements should be made as early as
possible.
Of
course, if you are doing a Bachelors or
Masters degree at Bond, you don't need to
return and can stay on campus or elsewhere
in Australia during the semester breaks (all
breaks except the December/January break
when rooms are refurbished).
